WHO WE ARE
The Haitian American Collaborative (HAC) is a statewide nonprofit organization connecting Connecticut’s Haitian community with trusted resources, services, organizations, and opportunities.
We bring together Haitian-led nonprofits, churches and faith communities, businesses, professionals, service providers, and community institutions to strengthen coordination and make it easier for individuals and families to find the support they need.
Through collaboration, advocacy, referrals, information sharing, and direct community programming, HAC works to build a stronger, more connected Haitian community across Connecticut.
Our purpose is simple: connect people, strengthen organizations, and create pathways for our community to thrive.
